Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical conditions throughout the shift.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Administer medications and treatments strictly according to physician orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment in patient rooms.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; CNA or State Licensure preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible evening and night shifts, including weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
