Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and software installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all help desk tickets and incidents.
- Perform routine system backups and security checks during the night shift.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff members.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
