- Perform data validation to ensure 99.9% accuracy across all entries
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Generate daily reports and reconcile discrepancies using Excel and proprietary software
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- Experience with healthcare data processing preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
