Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify sensitive financial and operational data into proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction records with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for HIPAA and PCI-compliant information
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical system updates
- Train on new software tools and process improvements quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to maintain 99.9% accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
