Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical client data in company databases and CRM systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of electronic records with physical documentation
- Process high-volume transactions with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports to department heads
- Utilize specialized software for data validation and quality assurance
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 55+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Basic understanding of database structures (SQL knowledge a plus)
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
