Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting nightly productivity targets
- Generate and analyze daily data reports for operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Maintain organized digital records and backup systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
