- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Utilize Excel and specialized data management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6,000 keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
