- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Validate and reconcile discrepancies in financial, inventory, and customer records
- Generate daily reports and analytics for executive review
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and virtual meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 0.5% error rate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (US Central Time)
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Associates degree in Business or related field required
