Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into proprietary systems and databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile transaction records with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate daily and weekly data reports using Excel and internal software
- Collaborate with day team members for seamless data handovers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Exceptional accuracy with numerical and alphanumeric data entry
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
