Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into proprietary systems and databases
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 55+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
- Reliable transportation to Irvine facility
