Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data from various sources into our secure database systems.
- Maintain the highest level of accuracy when processing invoices, orders, and customer information.
- Review and update existing records to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Perform routine quality checks to identify and correct errors before data submission.
- Assist in organizing and archiving digital and physical documents as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
