Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify critical business data across multiple platforms
- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.5% accuracy
- Utilize proprietary software and MS Office Suite for data management tasks
- Perform regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance standards
- Generate daily/weekly reports for departmental stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection capabilities
