Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and CRM systems with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Review source documents for errors and correct any inaccuracies found.
- Perform routine data cleansing and archiving tasks to keep systems organized.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data quality and workflow bottlenecks.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 40-45 WPM.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
