- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting SLAs
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless customer handovers
- Identify process improvements and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems
- Reliable transportation for night shift commute
- Availability to work 4-5 evening shifts weekly (12am-8am)
