Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and account-related inquiries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system (Salesforce) for seamless handovers.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate complex cases and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions regarding services and billing.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or retail is highly valued.
- Must be available to work a consistent evening schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM EST).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
