Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues with precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements for night shift operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
