Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats during evening hours (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions and information continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and promote company programs to enhance customer value.
- Participate in daily shift briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished tone.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during quiet periods.
