Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between technical feasibility and business vision. You will lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate technologies that will define the landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 innovation initiatives.
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing to propose strategic applications.
- Lead the architecture of high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic interfaces and user experiences.
- Evaluate third-party technologies and vendors to ensure alignment with the company's 2026 vision.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, AI development, or systems architecture.
- Proven experience leading teams through digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and technological disruptions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
