Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant quantum circuits and algorithms.
- Develop and optimize error correction protocols to maintain qubit stability.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve qubit coherence times and gate fidelities.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical physics and software implementation using Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Mentor a team of junior quantum engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum systems against industry benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum software development or quantum hardware research.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Pennylane, etc.).
- Proven track record of publishing research or leading technical projects in quantum technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
