Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving in logistics and AI.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists and software engineers in high-velocity research and development.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap and long-term goals.
- Oversee the seamless integration of quantum computing with existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems.
- Drive innovation in error correction protocols and quantum stability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum circuitry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Q#.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
