Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee brewing techniques with precision and artistry
- Mentor and train junior baristas on service excellence and operational standards
- Develop seasonal menu items and coffee tasting experiences
- Manage inventory, quality control, and equipment maintenance
- Foster customer relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with management on workflow optimization and team scheduling

Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced service environments
- Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
