Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage recipes and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory control and maintain pristine equipment maintenance
- Develop seasonal beverage menus incorporating local ingredients
- Lead peak-hour operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with chefs on food-coffee pairings for premium offerings
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Proven expertise in espresso calibration and flavor profiling
- Strong leadership abilities with staff training experience
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and ethical supply chains
- Exceptional customer service with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
