Responsibilities
- Execute complex coffee preparations including espresso, latte art, and seasonal specialties with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage techniques and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory ordering, quality control, and equipment maintenance
- Develop innovative seasonal drink menus aligned with local sourcing trends
- Lead daily operations during peak hours while maintaining impeccable standards
- Foster community engagement through workshops and coffee education sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Strong inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
