Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service standards
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and specialty ingredients
- Develop seasonal drink menus featuring local ingredients
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, etc.)
- Latte art certification or demonstrable expertise
- Strong leadership and training abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Passion for coffee education and continuous learning
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
