Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee techniques
- Manage inventory and quality control of coffee beans/ingredients
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized interactions
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Collaborate with team on café operations and events
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Strong leadership and training abilities
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

- Availability to work weekends/holidays
