Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of high-scale distributed systems and AI-driven platforms.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure zero downtime and maximum security during transitions.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Edge Computing) for strategic relevance.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration and scalable data engineering.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
