Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan outlining key technological milestones, infrastructure upgrades, and R&D priorities for the upcoming years.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research into emerging technologies, including Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces, and Advanced Machine Learning models.
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Translate complex business goals into actionable technical architectures that ensure scalability, security, and competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between executive leadership and engineering teams to align on resource allocation and project timelines.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify disruptive technologies and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive practical experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or R&D leadership within high-tech environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of leading innovation initiatives and delivering products that leverage next-generation technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse, cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
