Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Architect the 2026 AI infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and edge AI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers to seamlessly integrate advanced AI features into consumer-facing applications.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce AI ethics frameworks to ensure responsible and transparent AI deployment.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps for future years.
