Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI neural networks and deep learning frameworks.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability and energy efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research, design, and deployment of machine learning models.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into marketable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning libraries.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data engineering.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire technical teams.
