Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-modal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., edge AI, neuromorphic computing) into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale LLMs and recommendation engines.
- Strong background in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
