Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to define the technical roadmap for 2026. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of our next-generation artificial intelligence infrastructure, bridging the gap between theoretical research and scalable production deployment. You will be responsible for architecting systems that leverage the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multimodal learning.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
- Design and implement scalable MLOps pipelines to manage the full lifecycle of AI models, from training to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Establish coding standards, review architectural designs, and mentor a team of junior AI engineers.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to identify emerging technologies and implement them where applicable.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying and managing LLMs and generative AI models at scale.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system scalability and reliability.
