Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems aligned with the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and architect for future tech trends, specifically in Generative AI and autonomous agents.
