As a strategic partner to the C-suite, you will identify high-impact trends, evaluate new technologies, and define the roadmap that will shape our products and services in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum computing, spatial computing) and assess their applicability to our business model.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and marketing teams on long-term technical roadmaps.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor innovations to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of new tools, platforms, and frameworks to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to foster innovation ecosystems.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast technological shifts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
