Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and organized manner.
- Check on guest satisfaction and handle any issues or requests promptly.
- Clean and reset tables to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Cash out guests and process payments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a team player.
- Reliable and punctual.
