Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following our signature recipes
- Engage warmly with customers, memorizing preferences and building rapport
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to work shifts (evening/weekend availability required)
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain immediately
