- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and inventory management
- Actively participate in ongoing coffee education and seasonal menu promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in high-volume settings
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system literacy and strong numerical accuracy
- Food Safety Handler certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
