Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, cold brews, and pastries following our premium standards.
- Customer Experience: Greet guests with a smile, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine coffee station, clean equipment, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies to ensure nothing runs out during peak hours.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in opening and closing procedures and support fellow team members during busy rushes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and POS system proficiency.
