Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work area, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions about our menu, and ensure high-quality service.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols and food handling regulations.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and milk texturing.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
