Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following company recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of coffee products
- Participate in ongoing training to develop coffee expertise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided!
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
