Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment following company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in inventory management and product stocking
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso fundamentals
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
