Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks following signature recipes
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and organized workspace
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless service
- Source and present fresh pastries and seasonal menu items
- Participate in product knowledge training and coffee tastings
Qualifications
- 1+ years café/barista experience preferred
- Basic espresso machine operation knowledge
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
