Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Engage customers with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized stations and sanitize equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking
