Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages with precision and speed.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including cleanliness of brewing equipment and customer seating areas.
- Engage with customers warmly to take orders, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure menu items are presented beautifully.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
- Clean and sanitize workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but we are happy to train enthusiastic candidates with a passion for coffee.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, drink recipes, and milk texturing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
