Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas, to perfection.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized café environment.
- Operating espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation standards (FDA and local regulations).
- Assisting with food preparation, plating, and side item service.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- A valid Food Handler’s card or willingness to obtain one.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
