Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brew.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide detailed menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
