Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
