Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
- Ensure the cleanliness of workstations, including counters, floors, and equipment, following strict health and safety guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups; restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Uphold our brand standards for product quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
