As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, crafting perfect lattes and greeting every guest with a warm smile. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and strives for excellence in every cup.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Deliver world-class customer service by greeting guests warmly and answering questions about our menu.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the dining area and behind the counter.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency in every drink.
- Assist with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
