Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash/credit transactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless during-peak-hour operations
- Stock inventory and rotate products according to freshness standards
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and food handling procedures
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be 18+ years old
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
