- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using provided commercial equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment per health standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming café atmosphere
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
